How do I access my products?

If this is your first time purchasing a product from RPAMN, you will be sent an invitation from Reach360 to create an account. It does take about 5 minutes or so to receive your email invitation. Once logged in, you will see all purchased products on your dashboard.

Please note that the PRODUCT USER will be receiving an invite to the Reach 360 system, not the BUYER.

What payment methods do you accept?

At this time, we only accept credit/debit cards.

Are there expiration dates for my products?

RPAMN training packages are available for six (6) months from the date of purchase. Participants are required to complete all courses within this six-month access period. We encourage learners to plan accordingly to ensure successful and timely completion.

What is your refund policy?

All sales are final. Due to the immediate digital nature of the learning packages, RPAMN does not offer refunds, transfers, or credits once the purchase is complete.

Why can I only order one product per order?

Only one product (each) of the DC/DM and the LALD packages can be purchased per order. This is to ensure the proper assignment of the product user in the Reach 360 Continuing Education System. To buy additional products, complete each purchase as a separate transaction.
