Member Application Process

RPAMN is dedicated to improving the experiences of all residential providers and we cannot do this without the support of our community. Please consider joining us as an ally and support our efforts by contributing what you can.

We are an extremely grassroots organization and our Membership is donation based.

To become a member of RPAMN, you will need to complete our membership application. You can submit this through our website or a link can be sent to you with the application attached. Once completed, our team will be notified. You will receive a confirmation email and your application will be reviewed by our team to ensure that it meets our criteria. This process will take approximately 10 business days, after which you will be notified if your membership has been approved via email with your membership dues and payment options.

Completing the membership application is your first step in joining RPAMN, a high-standard organization committed to improving the industry and supporting its members.

Membership dues are $2,500 annually, with the option to pay in full or in two semi-annual installments.

Why We Vet Potential RPAMN Members

At RPAMN, our membership approval process is vital to maintaining the integrity and success of our organization. As a grassroots non-profit, our members are the backbone of our efforts, and we want to ensure that each individual or provider joining our association aligns with our mission, values, and commitment to professional excellence. Here is why we require prospective members to go through a vetting process and complete our membership application:

Professional Integrity: Approving membership allows the association to verify that prospective members align with its values, mission, and code of ethics. It ensures that members are committed to maintaining a high level of professionalism, benefiting both the association and the broader industry.

Advocacy Strength: RPAMN engages in advocacy or lobbying efforts on behalf of its members. By thoroughly vetting potential members, the association can better represent a unified, credible voice when addressing industry concerns to policymakers, ensuring the interests of providers are supported.

Trust and Networking: Members rely on RPAMN for networking opportunities and trust that they are connecting with equally reputable and professional peers. Approving membership helps maintain this trust within the community, fostering a reliable network.

Promoting Industry Standards: Approving membership helps RPAMN promote consistent industry standards, encouraging members to follow established guidelines and best practices.

Ensuring Resources Are Used Effectively: Membership approval allows the association to allocate resources such as training, certifications, and networking events to members who are most likely to benefit and contribute to the association's goals.

Overall, a thorough approval process ensures that the association remains strong, reputable, and able to effectively support its members and advocate for the industry's future. If you have any questions, please contact our administrative assistant, Selena Rios-Cortez.
