This package is specifically designed for individuals serving in Designated Coordinator (DC) and Designated Manager (DM) roles who are responsible for the oversight of intensive or basic licensed services. While this course does not waive statutory education and experience requirements, it provides the essential knowledge needed to manage a compliant and person-centered agency.
Note: This professional development package is for competency training and does not offer board-approved CE credits, as they are not required for 245D positions.
