About the Legislative Wrap-Up
Since its founding, RPAMN has worked to close a persistent gap in Minnesota’s Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) field. This is the difficulty providers face in keeping up with a fast-moving and often complex legislative landscape. Policies shift quickly, regulatory language can be dense, and the real-world impact on providers is not always immediately clear. In response, RPAMN launched its annual Legislative Wrap-Up series as a way to bring clarity, connection, and shared understanding back to the field. Now in its third year, this event was created to provide a comprehensive end-of-session summary that translates legislative outcomes into practical, accessible insights for providers and community partners.
Each year, the wrap-up reflects not only what changed in the legislature but also the results of collective advocacy efforts led alongside RPAMN members. It is a space to connect the dots between policy decisions and the work happening on the ground, highlighting what was achieved, what challenges remain, and where continued advocacy is needed. More than an update, this event represents the value of collective action. It demonstrates what is possible when providers organize, engage, and invest in shared advocacy efforts, and it underscores the idea that stronger participation leads to stronger outcomes for the individuals and communities served.

Join us for the third annual Legislative Wrap-Up
We invite all Home and Community-Based Service (HCBS) providers and community partners to join us for an evening of legislative insights, connection, and conversation. We will reflect on the 2026 legislative session and what it means for our field.
This year’s event will feature a comprehensive legislative update from the RPAMN team, along with key takeaways from our advocacy work, emerging priorities, and what to expect moving forward. You’ll also have the opportunity to connect with fellow providers, engage in meaningful discussion, and hear directly from local representatives.

This is your chance to stay informed, stay connected, and be part of shaping the future for the individuals and communities you serve. Light finger food and refreshments will be provided. Registration is required.
We will have a Q/A panel and encourage attendees to submit questions for our local representatives.
